About This Program

Iris AI provides automated phone answering services for residential apartment communities, including Horseshoe Apartments and other client properties. When you call a property's answering service line, our AI assistant may send you a text message from +1 (254) 268-4074 — the same number you called — containing information you requested during that call.

How Consent Is Collected

Consent to receive text messages is collected verbally, during your inbound phone call to the property's answering service — not through a website form. Before sending any message, our AI assistant:

1. Asks your permission to send the information by text
2. Identifies itself as Iris AI, the property's automated answering service
3. States what information will be sent (for example, a maintenance work order link, a rental application link, a tour confirmation, unit photos, or a callback confirmation)
4. Notes that message and data rates may apply and that you can reply STOP at any time to opt out
5. Waits for your verbal agreement before sending anything

This verbal exchange is recorded and transcribed, and that recording/transcript serves as our record of consent. The text you receive comes from the same number you called.

Types of Messages Sent

Messages are sent only in direct response to a caller's request during a phone call, and may include:

• A link to submit a maintenance work order
• A link to a rental application
• A tour confirmation
• Unit photos or a virtual tour link
• A callback confirmation from property staff

We do not send messages unrelated to your call, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests during a call. Most callers receive one to a few messages per call.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of future messages. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out.

No Sharing for Marketing

Mobile information collected through this program, including phone numbers and opt-in status, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
